Bengaluru-based think tank Centre for Internet and Society, in its report, has reportedly said that the Aadhaar numbers of 13.5 crore people relating to four government projects may have been made public through government websites. Blaming the lack of proper controls exercised by departments for the leak, the report said around ten crore bank account numbers have also been leaked through these portals.
