Former Attorney-General of India Soli Sorabjee has reportedly said that Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao’s delay in inviting Sasikala to form the government is due to the judgement in the disproportionate assets case. Sorabjee, in an interview, also added that the Governor had earlier consulted him for legal advice. Notably, Sorabjee said that the judgement in the assets case is expected to come on Wednesday or Thursday.
