Minister of State for Environment and Forest Anil Madhav Dave has reportedly assured that Tamil people will receive a good news in 24 hours. According to the reports, the Centre is planning to amend the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act to enable Tamil Nadu to conduct Jallikattu.
