PM Narendra Modi at an election rally in Imphal on Saturday, took a dig at the ruling Congress government, claiming that it was responsible for ruining the state in the last 15 years. Asserting that India’s progress will never be complete unless North-East progresses, Modi claimed that BJP would do in 15 months, what Congress couldn't in 15 years. Notably, the Assembly elections in Manipur will be held in two phases on March 4 and 8.
