Former Australian wicketkeeper-batsman Adam Gilchrist congratulated former Indian captain MS Dhoni on becoming the second highest ODI run-scorer as a wicketkeeper. Gilchrist posted a photograph of the two with the caption, "Congrats on passing me, young fella. Was always a matter of time. #msd #2ndhighest #keepers". Dhoni went past Gilchrist tally of 9410 runs while playing against the Windies in the 3rd ODI. Sri Lankan batsman Kumar Sangakkara is at the top with 13262 runs as the highest ODI run-scorer as a wicketkeeper.
