‘Gas’ attack kills 58 in rebel-held Syria town

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based monitoring group, has said that at least 58 people, including several children, were killed after warplanes carried out a suspected toxic gas attack in a rebel-held town in northwestern Syria on Tuesday. The monitoring group, however, was unable to confirm the nature of the substance, and it also said it was unclear if the planes involved in the attack were Syrian or those of government's ally Russia.
