India and Japan reportedly signed a pact on Thursday to start a postal service to deliver Japanese foods to India to help the Japanese people living in India. The delivery service called as "Cool box" will deliver food from Japan to India. According to media reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Japan is the third largest investor in India and this partnership will help countries to have a better relationship.
