The Terengganu Religious Affair Department arrested him for sleeping with two women and he said he was sharing the bed with them in their chalet because there was a lizard in his chalet.

The three had booked two chalets but was sleeping in the same one. Sharia law in Malaysia bans unmarried men and women from sharing any “secluded place, house or room under circumstances that may give rise to the suspicion that they are engaged in an immoral act.”
