The new traffic violation rules act came into effect on September 1. Ever since then we have been seeing people being given challan with hefty fine for breaking the rules. An auto driver was given Rs.47,500 while another biker was given Rs.23,000.
While the strict rules came into effect to make people follow the rules, people are making memes out of the news. One such video is now going viral which has been shared by Pankaj Nain IPS.
The video shows people pushing their bikes in front of traffic police. Indians are known to come up with such quirky ideas which gave birth to a term, desi jugaad, meaning Indian hacks.
