VIDEO VIRAL: BEAR GETS TOO CLOSE TO GIRL WHO POSES FOR A SELFIE; CHILLING MOMENTS CAPTURED!
Home > News Shots > Fun FactsA chilling and shocking video has currently gone viral, where a bear was filmed approaching a group of hikers. The bear gets too close and was caught standing up on its hind legs to sniff at one of them.
The spine-chilling video was filmed at Mexico's Chipinque Ecological Park. In the video, a woman can be seen standing still while the black bear approaches her.
Two other hikers (women) who are also in the video can be seen standing fixed and scared at their spots. Amid all the tension, the woman who was too close to the animal, does not only manage to remain calm but also lifts up her phone to click a quick selfie with the big black bear.
After several minutes, the bear drops to the ground but does not move away. The bear also attempts to bite the woman's leg and paws at her repeatedly. Later, it soon loses interest and moves away from the group.
This video went viral, after it was shared online by Twitter and after it was re-posted by former NBA player Rex Chapman.
As per The Sun report, this is not the first time that the black bears of Chipinque Ecological Park have approached humans. Last year, a bear was captured sneaking up behind a woman and stroking her hair.
Also, per the Bear Smart Society, black bears are considered to be less aggressive than brown or grizzly bears. Watch the video below:
