According to reports, four persons were arrested on Monday in Hyderabad while trying to exchange old Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency notes worth Rs 1.2 crore to new denominations. The police reached the spot on receiving information and arrested the four persons with Rs. 1.2 crore of old currency. The seized money and the four persons will be handed over to the Income Tax officials.
