The Forum for IT Employees (FITE) has reportedly sent representations to assistant labour commissioners to analyse the case of "illegal termination" in Cognizant. According to reports, FITE is also planning to file for conciliation in the forthcoming months. Notably, the same forum had won a stay two years ago on a similar issue with TCS.
