E-commerce giant Flipkart is facing a fresh trouble with its former chief operations officer Nitin Seth sending a legal notice to the firm over the way he was fired in May 2017. According to reports, Seth believes he was being illegally ousted and has decided to take legal action against the company. Notably, he joined Flipkart as the chief people officer in March 2016 and was promoted to the post of the COO within months.
