Five Supreme Court Judges from different faiths will reportedly be hearing an argument on the constitutional validity of ‘triple talaq’ from Thursday. The five-member committee consists of CJI J S Khehar (Sikh) and Justices Kurian Joseph (Christian), R F Nariman (Parsi), U U Lalit (Hindu) and Abdul Nazeer (Muslim). Notably, these judges will decide the case on the consideration of merits by taking the oath.
