A FIR has been reportedly filed against a Rajasthan shopkeeper for using the Tricolour on shoe boxes in his shop. Kranti Tiwari shared the entire story on Facebook with pictures from the shop. The police at the Vigyan Nagar police station visited the shop and found the shoe boxes with the Indian flag. The finding proves that the accusation is true and the shopkeeper has been found guilty and is liable for jail time. According to the Section 2 of Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971, the act is punishable with a jail time of almost one year.
