2017 Australian Open winner and 18-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer on Wednesday said that he had been struggling with an adductor muscle injury after retired Australian tennis player Pat Cash allegedly accused him of legal cheating. The 35-year-old Swiss said, “I was struggling with that injury since the Stan match.” Notably, Federer took a medical time-out due to injury during the final set of the 2017 Australian Open finals against Rafael Nadal.
