Chairman of Microsoft India,Bhaskar Pramanik said that Facebook’s  idea to provide some internet services free of charge may be “noble” but it does not comply with the net neutrality. Critics of  Free Basics Scheme say that the plan gives an undue weightage to the services that are a part of Facebook.
