Existence of black holes confirmed for 1st time

According to reports, astronomers at The University of New Mexico have observed and measured the orbital motion between two supermassive black holes for the first time in a 12-year study. With the measurements, scientists will be able to understand how black holes merge and form ripples in spacetime called gravitational waves, researchers said. Gravitational waves were first confirmed in 2016, 100 years after Einstein's prediction.
