According to reports, the AIADMK led government on Thursday announced that the TN State Assembly would hold the vote of confidence on February 18. This comes after Sasikala-loyalist Edappadi K Palanisamy took charge as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on Thursday. Notably, Palanisamy has been given a 15-day deadline to prove his majority in the Assembly.
