According to reports, Aparna Bhasker, a doctor on the team physicians treating Eman Ahmed, the world’s heaviest woman, has resigned from the team in protest. This comes amid claims made by the patient’s sister that the doctors’ made false promises over Ahmed’s weight loss. Meanwhile, the doctor in a Facebook post wrote, "I protest against any kind of assault on doctors, and I reserve the right to refuse."
