Zee group-owned DTH television operator Dish TV is expected to complete merger with Videocon d2h by October 2017. According to reports, there will be around 27.2 million subscribers for the entity, which is likely to be named Dish TV Videocon Ltd. Notably, both the operators had seen a total revenue of Rs 5,915.8 crore for the fiscal ended March 31, 2016.
