The Ahmedabad police reportedly on Tuesday seized old scrapped money worth ₹2.37 crore from three wheels in Gujarat's Ahmedabad city and arrested seven persons in contact with the matter. "They had come from Vadodara and Himmatnagar and were looking to exchange demonetised currency notes with new notes for a commission of 15%," a Vastrapur police station official said.
