The UGC and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) released their annual review of colleges in India on Sunday. According to this, Delhi reportedly has seven fake universities. Other than this, the national capital is also home to 66 fake colleges. The report states that there are 23 fake universities and 279 technical institutes functioning in the country.
