The All India Bank Employees Association has reportedly wrote a letter to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking to declare March 8, International Women's Day, a bank and government holiday. The letter from AIBEA also requested certain basic facilities including separate toilet facilities in all bank branches for women employees and customers and to set up established instructions and guidelines to deal with internal sexual harassment complaints.
