According to a report by Financial Express, India has a total of 84 billionaires in India, with a combined wealth of $248 billion. Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani had the highest wealth, followed by Sun Pharmaceuticals' Dilip Shanghvi. Furthermore, the richest 1% of Indians now hold as much as 58% of the country’s total wealth.
