The Goods and Services Tax Council on Saturday reportedly cleared the final provisions including transition and returns. According to reports, all the representatives of all the state have agreed to roll out GST on July 1. Notably, the GST Council had earlier fitted 1,200 goods and 500 services in the tax brackets of 5, 12, 18 and 28 percent.
