Challenging the Parrikar-led BJP’s move to take charge of Goa, the Congress has reportedly filed a petition at Supreme Court on Monday. Reportedly, Congress has demanded a stay on Parrikar’s swearing in as Goa CM, which is scheduled for Tuesday. Notably, Congress’s petition says that single largest party should have been asked to for the government.
