American multinational corporation Cognizant Technology Solutions is reportedly set to offer only 95% of the variable pay for the best performers of 2016. According to reports, usually the employees will get around 150% to 200% of their variable pay. Notably, the reports had earlier suggested that the company would lay off around 6,000 underperforming employees this year.
