The Board of Control for Cricket in India has reportedly been barred by the Committee of Administrators from buying Indian Premier League tickets and distributing them to the officials of the board or VIPs. According to reports, CoA chief Vinod Rai has said that the cricket board would not buy tickets to give officials or VIPs on a complimentary basis.
