Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy on Friday has reportedly announced an interim relief of Rs 15 crore for the fishermen families affected by the Chennai oil spill. According to reports, the Chief Minister announced that 30,000 fishermen families would get Rs 5,000 each. He also reportedly announced that two fish markets would be built in Ernavoor and Nochikuppam at the cost of Rs 75 lakh.
