China bans burqas, 'abnormal' beards in Muslim province

China has imposed 15 new restrictions after receiving a terror threat from ISIS. The new restriction includes banning burqas, veils and "abnormal" beards in the predominantly Muslim region of Xinjiang in a crackdown on religious extremism. The authorities offer 2,000 yuan ($290) rewards for those who report "face coverings and robes, youth with long beards, or other popular religious customs that have been radicalized.
