Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan has reportedly held a meeting with Director General of Police TK Rajendran on Monday at the secretariat. According to reports, Chennai Police Commissioner S George was also present at the meeting. Notably, Chief Minister O Panneerselvam is expected to visit the secretariat on Monday.
