The police officials at the fire accident spot of Chennai Silks building in T Nagar have restricted the crowd movement in the area over the possibility of that the building could collapse. Reportedly, this comes amid claims that the pillars and concrete walls in the fifth floor of the building were completely demolished due to the fire. Reportedly, more emergency and fire service professionals have been roped to save the building which has been on fire for over 14 hours, causing extensive smoke in the South Usman Road area.
