A CCTV footage, recorded in the evening in the Vijaynagar area in western Bengaluru, shows a pillion rider in a scooter groping a woman who along with another woman was walking along a badly lit, deserted lane. While the clip goes viral on social media, no complaint has been filed. Reportedly, the police are on hunt for the perpetrators.
