The city police on Wednesday reportedly arrested K.R. Anerudhan (36), Managing Director of the famous Chennai-based real estate company Casa Grande Private Limited. According to reports, Anerudhan was arrested on charges of forgery. Aerudhan is said to have cheated another realtor for to the tune of ₹20 crores.
