Congress leader and CM candidate Capt Amarinder Singh is set to take oath as Punjab’s Chief Minister on March 16. This comes after, Amarinder led Congress to victory in the Punjab Assembly elections, winning 77 of 117 seats. Stating that PM Modi reportedly spoke to him after the election results, Singh said that the former promised to help him with the state.
