Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi on Tuesday reportedly questioned why there is "so much noise" about army men tying a man in Kashmir to the front of a military jeep as a "human shield." Stressing that Indian Army is doing a great job, Rohatgi reportedly said that people shouldn't question army sitting in air conditioned rooms.
