India Today has claimed that Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao in his report sent to the Home Affairs ministry said that Sasikala can not become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu as there is verdict of disproportionate assets case pending against her. He also reportedly said he is bound by the constitution to wait for a few days so as to get a clear picture of the situation.
