Union cabinet on Thursday successfully approved the National Health Policy. Reportedly, the policy makes health an entitlement but not a fundamental right as the draft policy had envisaged. The policy call for the strong partnership between public and private sectors. Notably, the New Health Policy contours, after fifteen years, were revealed by Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda.
