Randzad Insights Pay Trends Reports have revealed the top three cities which offer high salaries to employees. Following the growth of IT sectors, the IT hubs have topped the data.

IT hub Bengaluru has come first in the list as the report reveals that the salary of junior level employee in Bengaluru is an average Rs.5.27 lakh per annum. For median level, it is Rs.16.45 lakh and for senior level, Rs.35.45 lakh.

Hyderabad and Mumbai has come second and third respectively. In Hyderabad, a junior level employee gets Rs. 5 lakh whereas in Mumbai, the same employee gets Rs.4.59 lakh.

Staff with digital skills in artificial intelligence and automation are in better favour.
