Exiting the highly competitive business sector, Tata has reportedly quit its mobile business and merged with Bharati Airtel. The loss-making telecoms - Tata Teleservices Ltd and Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd, has reportedly been encumbered with a debt of over Rs 40,000 crore. However, before the merger deal, Tata telecoms will reportedly close all the debts.
