SoftBank, Snapdeal's largest investor, has reportedly threatened to walk out on the Snapdeal-Flipkart merger if all the minority shareholders do not vote in favour of the deal. Japan-based SoftBank might invest in Flipkart independently, reports further suggested. Notably, earlier reports said Snapdeal Founders were pushing for its sale to Infibeam instead of Flipkart.
