SBI'S NEWLY PROPOSED ATM CHARGES AND FREE WITHDRAWALS

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has asked all the banks to allow a certain number of monthly free transactions for its customers. By which, you could even avail unlimited free transactions at SBI and other bank ATMs.

SBI\'s Newly proposed ATM Charges and Free withdrawals

The following are the 10 things to know about SBI ATM withdrawal charges:

1 – SBI customers maintaining a monthly average balance up to Rs. 25,000 can make 5 free transactions at SBI ATMs and 8 at other banks ATM in a month.

2 – SBI customers maintaining a monthly average balance between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 50,000 can make unlimited free transactions at SBI ATMs and 8 at other banks ATM in a month.

3 – SBI customers maintaining a monthly average balance between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 1,00,000 can make unlimited free transactions at SBI ATMs and 8 at others in a month.

4 – SBI customers maintaining a monthly average of Rs 1 lakh or more can make unlimited free transactions at both SBI and other banks ATM in a month.

5 – Any financial transaction beyond the monthly limit at SBI ATMs will be charged Rs. 10 + GST.

6 – Any financial transaction beyond the monthly limit at other banks ATM will be charged Rs. 20 + GST.

7 – Any non-financial transaction beyond the monthly limit at SBI ATMs will be charged Rs. 5 + GST.

8 – Any non-financial transaction beyond the monthly limit at other banks ATM will be charged Rs. 8 + GST.

9 – SBI will charge Rs.20 + GST for any transaction decline due to insufficient balance.

10- SBI salary account holders, irrespective of variants, will get free unlimited number of transactions at all SBI and other bank ATMs.
