In addition to the denial, the US Department of Labor recently revealed that a few firms have been banned from applying for H-1B visas.
The companies that are disqualified include Azimetry, Inc., Bulmen Consultant Group, Inc., Business Reporting Management Services, Inc., NETAGE, Inc., Kevin Chambers, E-Aspire IT LLC and more.
The data received from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), clearly indicates the strict policy on H-1B visa petitions imposed by the Trump government. The study also revealed that rejection rate is highest among major IT companies.
