Madras HC orders Cognizent to 15 PC tax in two days

According to a report in TNIE, the Madras High Court directed Cognizant Technology Solutions to pay 15% of the total outstanding tax in two days.

 

Allegedly, Cognizant Technology Solutions has a due of Rs 2,800 crore to the Income Tax department.
