INFOSYS TO OFFER 20,000 JOBS TO FRESHERS, SHARES PLAN ON 'WORK FROM HOME' - REPORT!

As per an Economic Times report, Infosys has given offers to 20,000 freshers and had earlier stated that it would honour all these, amid the Covid19 pandemic.
"We will start the process of on-boarding this quarter and it will generally spill over to two quarters," Infosys COO Pravin Rao confirmed the news stating after the company's first-quarter earnings on Wednesday.
Further giving details on the hiring process, Infosys COO said freshers are usually trained at the company's Mysuru campus for a period of 3-4 months before they are deployed on projects. Also, the entire process of on-boarding and training would happen remotely.
Ever since the lockdown has taken place, Infosys has enabled Work from Home (WFH) for over 90 percent of its employees.
Meanwhile, Infosys has posted a strong set of results on the back of improved demand and large deal wins to the tune of $1.74 billion. In its current, FY 21 report, Revenue growth guidance is in the range of 0 percent -2 percent in constant currency.
