A bus stop in Guwahati, Assam was turned into a library during the Brahmaputra Literary Festival on Wednesday. Anoop Khanna, the director of an advertising agency, reportedly installed bookshelves with coloured lights and an estimated 200-250 books. People could submit their old books in exchange for new ones from the library.
