State-owned telco BSNL has reportedly announced that it is planning to launch 4G services at select locations by the end of the fiscal year 2017-18. According to reports, the company has also said that it would also provide 3G and 4G services by replacing all the 2G base stations. Notably, Nokia, which placed the lowest bid, is expected to bag the contract.
