Following the formation of BJP government in Goa, the Manipur Governor Najma Heptulla has invited BJP’s Nongthombam Biren Singh will take oath as the next chief minister on Wednesday the BJP. Emerging as the second largest party in the 60-member Assembly, the BJP claims to have the support of 33 legislators.
