Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday claimed that BJP used money to form governments in Goa and Manipur. "We won the assembly polls in Manipur, Goa, and Punjab. BJP used money for forming governments in Goa and Manipur. They have stolen the government,” Rahul added while addressing the media after Punjab CM Amarinder Singh's oath-taking ceremony. Further, Gandhi thanked the people of Punjab for showing faith in the party.
